It's been over a year, how about an update?

So what do you do when you fall off the attempted blog bandwagon? You forget about it and move on. Here's to another attempt at updating this thing regularly. I have a computer that works, access to the internet, and a kitchen that I should really make use of.

So... Here it goes again...
