Not so productive day.

What to bake? What to bake? I have today off and I was supposed to be organizing the kitchen area in my room. Instead, my mom asked me to go with her to the grocery store. A trip to the grocery store turned into a trip to Homegoods, Joanns, lunch, and then the grocery store. It also included a very long, very important conversation between her and I about my future. It's long and drawn out and not something to get into here. Now that I'm back home though, I remembered I needed to update my phone. So that's what I'm doing at this moment.

I got fabric at Joanns to patch my blanket as Barbossa has ripped a hole completely through the damn thing. Stupid dog. And, it's near the center of the blanket so no matter how you sleep, you still end up with your foot sticking out of the damn hole. Mittens has also made a few of nice adjustments with her freaking nails. It's as if one animal causes a tear, and the rest have to get their marks in too.

I do want to bake today but I don't think I should put the time aside for it. I really should do some things around the room. Yeah... I think that's what I'll do. No baking for me today. Bummer. I should have a few days off next week so I'll bake something then.
